Monday – Rehab Running Group
Time: 5:00 PM
Meeting Point: Sainsbury’s, Gloucester Quays
Gentle, supportive, and paced for recovery—this group is perfect for those returning from injury or building confidence. Expect encouragement, laughter, and a steady route that prioritises wellbeing.
Tuesday – 5–10K Progressive Run (Jeffing Technique)
Time: 5:00 PM
Meeting Point: Sainsbury’s, Gloucester Quays
Using the jeffing method (run-walk intervals), this session helps runners gradually increase distance and stamina. Ideal for those looking to level up without burnout.
Wednesday – Midweek Run with Loz
Time: 5:00 PM
Meeting Point: Morrisons, Askwith Road (near Saintbridge Surgery)
Led by the ever-energetic Loz, this midweek run blends camaraderie with challenge. Routes vary, but the vibe is always upbeat and inclusive.
Thursday – 5–10K Progressive Run (Jeffing Technique)

Saturday – Parkrun + Breakfast
Time: Meet at 8:30 AM at the designated parkrun
Post-run: Join us for breakfast afterwards
Parkrun is our weekly celebration of movement—free, timed, and open to all. We meet at the chosen parkrun location, run together, and then refuel with a well-earned breakfast. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend.
