Every Mind Matters Campaign – evidence-based resources pulled together by Public Health, which include a short quiz to get a personalised mind plan. The plan has some great resources including free 10 minute home workouts, tips on how to reframe unhelpful thoughts, relaxation techniques and much more as well as helplines and details of organisations that can provide more support on a range of health and wellbeing issues.

Time to Change - downloadable resources and tips to help people get talking about mental health. Time to Talk Day is on 4th February.

Healthy Lifestyles Gloucestershire – can provide free referrals to WW (formerly Weight Watchers). WW is offering a 16-week virtual package which includes their full digital tools – website, app, workshops, and 24/7 support from expert coaches.
