Following the success of the latest couch course, we are taking new applications to join the next course starting on Tuesday 24 May 2002. The programme follows the Couch to 5km programme, but the difference is concentrating on taking you from jogging 1-minute intervals to jogging 30 minutes non-stop by week 9.  The group meet on a Tuesday and Thursday evening’s and parking is available at Sanger House.

Where and what time do you meet?  We meet NHS Gloucestershire CCG Sanger House, 5220 Valiant Court, Brockworth, Gloucester GL3 4FE at 5PM (Meet outside Reception)

Who do I contact to join?  Contact the Run leader or turn up on the 24 May “Week1Run1” (1 Minute intervals for 8 reps)

At the end of the course you will be able to run for 30-minutes nonstop and will receive a certificate and medal (Free of Charge)

What if I cannot attend the Sanger House Group Runs? We can offer the course virtually by following the OneYou App and as long as you submit evidence of your runs using map my run or Strava, this is an option to qualify as long as you complete week 9 runs with the group and attend the graduation event.
