The Cheltenham challenge has now confirmed that your 2020 Cheltenham Challenge place has been officially transferred to our 2021 event. They have been reviewing the Cheltenham Challenge event as these uncertain times continue. Having consulted with fellow runners, CCP supporters and event managers, they do not want to postpone the event for a second consecutive year, or put it on with restrictions that may dilute what people love about it. Therefore, they have taken the opportunity to try something a bit different and, we hope you will agree, exciting!
This year, for the first time, the Cheltenham Challenge will GO VIRTUAL!
You will still be able to take on your 5k, 10k or Half Marathon challenge for your t-shirt and medal, but you can decide to take on either our usual Cheltenham Challenge course or a different one in your local area. We will have full details out soon about how the event will run and will be posting updates via our @CheltChallenge social media accounts and the CCP website (www.ccp.org.uk/cheltenhamchallenge).
Due to the pandemic and the cancellation of the 2020 event, we are looking for your support to help raise over £20,000 for our frontline work tackling the causes and effects of homelessness, family breakdown and exclusion. They are however open for refund requests until Friday 26th March 2021
Shirts and medals are back in 2021 for everyone who signs up and completes the challenge
