What is the 2020 Gloucestershire Passport Challenge and how do I register?
• Health and hustle members aim to participate (run, walk or volunteer) in Gloucestershire Parkruns.  
• It’s all about encouraging participation.  People can do the runs on any weekend they choose.  The idea is that on every 3rd weekend, the Health & Hustle fraternity will be encouraged to go to a predetermined location as set out in the list below.
• Email glccg.h8h2016@nhs.net  and you will be entered into the Challenge. You will be sent a link to Health & Hustle Challenge Passport.
• You will also need to register with parkrun if you have not done so already



How do I register for parkrun?

• Go to https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/ to register with parkrun. They will email you a barcode which you need to take with you to every parkrun you attend.

How do I find out where the parkruns are held?
• Park runs locations in Gloucestershire are listed on the map in the leaflet. For more detailed information on the parkrun locations visit: https://www.parkrun.org.uk/events/events/#3.8/55.05/-2.95
• When you have completed a run please send your name, parkrun completed including position to glccg.h8h2016@nhs.net  
• This is required for us to evidence that you attended. If you volunteer send us your volunteer confirmation email.

What do I do after I have participated in a Gloucestershire parkrun?
• Please send your name, position and parkrun location to
• We do not keep track of your time but it is required for us to glccg.h8h2016@nhs.net  evidence that you attended. 

What is the time limit for letting you know I have participated?
• To be entered into the raffle draw you must send in your parkrun details by the first week of the following month. E.g. for all parkruns completed in February you will need to email us by end of first week in March

Do I have to run at every parkrun?
• No you do not have to run. The passport challenge is to encourage participation but there is no pressure to run. You can walk, jog, run, or volunteer – it all counts.

How do I enter into the monthly raffle?
• By informing glccg.h8h2016@nhs.net  you will be automatically be entered into to the monthly raffle. Each parkrun you participate in equals one raffle ticket.

How do I enter into the Super Duper Prize Draw?
• You will need to have participated in every Gloucestershire Parkrun location and have emailed confirmation of each one to glccg.h8h2016@nhs.net  

Will there be a Health and Hustle representative at the Parkruns?
• There will be at least one representative at the rendezvous location dates. The name will be shared in advance by the social media platforms
