Workweek Hustle Results

Congratulations to Mandy Cole from 2gether NHS Trust for taking the title with the highest steps during the challenge and setting a new Hustle step record, which was previously held by Tracey Whyte from Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.  The challenges are now popular and we are struggling to guarantee places once invites go out.  If you are unlucky to get a space DM H8H who will try and get you into another group.
HOW DOES THE GROUPS WORK? The invites are sent out on the weekends for the workweek hustle challenges.  Invites to a group are based on your steps so if you score 100K of steps you will end up with other hustlers who score the same amount.

We try to set the groups up to encourage you to try and achieve your average steps at the same time having some fun.  SO WHATS YOUR GAME PALN?  H8H Kevin has a routine that includes 05:30hrs start with taking the dogs out, 6,000 steps before breakfast.  Run or walk into work 7-8,000 steps and hitting 13-14'000 steps before a shower and starting work...... desk job, so only about 2,000 steps around the office, lunchtime break and walk 4-5,000 steps, walk home or running club and another 6,000 steps, walk back to Invista car park 3,000 steps and finish on 30,000 plus steps
DO YOU CHAT IN THE GROUPS?  We do see a bit of chatting going on in the groups and some of the stories will make you laugh, such as I left my Fitbit attached to a piece of clothing and then admitting that it has gone through a wash cycle, 8,000 steps later or I put my Fitbit band on (Flex) and forgot to put the Fitbit back in the band..............

WHATS GOOD ABOUT THE HUSTLE CHALLENGES?  Let us know what you think of the challenges and if it has helped you to get more active!
