Another night with the couch to 5km group completing week 2 run 3.  Even with the humid weather everyone got round the circuit nonstop and are now ready to complete the first run of week 3 on Thursday.  This is where we extend from 90 second runs to 3 minute intervals concentrating on technique and breathing.  It’s not to late to join us through the programme and complete the couch to 5km, so why not give it ago and join us on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
