We had a great turnout for the couch to 5km run on Tuesday. The crew completed Week 3 Run 2 of the programme. This consisted of 5 minutes warm up walk, 90 seconds run, 90 second walk followed by 3minute run and a 3 minute walk repeated twice before the 5 minute warm down. Everyone is doing a great job and improving each week.
