Well it might be prudent to adopt some active New Year’s resolution to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. Don’t make your list big, but try and make your resolutions realistic and achievable.

- Try virtual challenges to stay motivated
If you put your mind to it, you can achieve your goals. Set small objectives to start and build on strength and stamina to reach your real target. Don’t diet, don’t keep weighing yourself, you will soon know how you are a giving your goals when your cloths become loose. You will know when you are in a good place as your mental health will also be in a good place. Your productivity at work will be noticed and you will have a smile on your face that shows you are in good shape.
