2020 Park Run Challenge

Delayed due to Covid

How about the Health & Hustle Passport challenge!

Who are we?

Health & Hustle has been set up for NHS organisational groups across Gloucestershire to support staff becoming active and healthy recognising that one-size does not fit all. Team H8H have created an environment for promoting healthy lifestyles through taking up activities, by encouraging and supporting each other to achieve active goals.  The group encompasses everyone who wants to be part of the activity and celebrates personal achievements no matter how small the achievements are.

What’s the Plan?

Supported by NHS Gloucestershire CCG, Health & Hustle are utilising parkruns across Gloucestershire and offering members the opportunity to complete all  sixteen of these 5km events across the County over the course of the year. To complete the ‘Health & Hustle Passport Challenge’ by the end of the Year and be in with a chance of winning some prizes!

If you haven’t already - you just have to register once with Health & Hustle glccg.h8h2016@nhs.net and register once with parkrun- both for free.

Starting at 09:00 am you can run, walk or volunteer at one of Gloucestershire parkruns on any Saturday you like during 2020 to qualify. The Health & Hustle Team will also congregate at each of the parkruns on set dates during the year – so you can plan your campaign to do this with other Health & Hustle members- the choice is yours.

Every time you complete or volunteer at a parkrun you let us know, which one and we will record it. The Challenge is also extended to those who volunteer at parkrun too!

For each parkrun you complete or volunteer at each month, you will receive a corresponding number of raffle tickets and be entered into a monthly draw for a limited edition Health & Hustle Passport Challenge running top. If you manage to complete or volunteer all the parkruns, you will be entered into an end of year ‘Super Duper’ draw for a special prize.
