It’s not long until the summer challenge ends and the next challenge will start taking us into September.  We will have a couple of more new teams joining to add to the list of challengers (Gloucester City Council and Gloucester SCW CSU).

We have more events planned taking us up to the end of the year and will be also looking at running a 2020 - 1000, 2000 and 3000 mile challenge over a year launching 1Jan - 31 Dec 2020.  Don’t forget we can run all events virtually including the couch to 5km programme or you can join us on a Tuesday or Thursday evening at 5pm, everyone is welcome.  We have seen the final draft of the Fitbit Health Solution film which will be available soon and used by Fitbit as part of their marketing resources.  We have over 500 staff and patients in the hustle across Gloucestershire which is fantastic.  The success and individual achievements are priceless along with the hustle being shortlisted for the 2019 Digital Healthcare Awards for outstanding contribution.

Please remember when being active to ensure safety is key to your fitness programme, especially with the hot weather.  Stay hydrated before, during and after your activity.

Keep up the outstanding work Gloucestershire and keep on hustling.............
