Well like a flash we have completed Week 1 of the course already and prepare for Week 2. This is now the point where we step up with Brisk 5-minute walk, then alternate 1-and-a-half minutes of running with 2 minutes of walking, for a total of 20 minutes. Sounds easy.......
For all our beginners who are new to the course they are concentrating on breathing techniques and getting used to the splits between running and walking. The course attendance is impressive and shows how committed members are to becoming active. Enjoy some of our Week 1 highlights taking over the first 3 sessions, which includes some of the Aerobic warm ups led by Susan Doran, in which she gets everyone's heart rate up and stretched for the main sessions.
