A Year of Steps

2022 Top 3 in Each Group
A Year of steps with the team challenges is coming to a conclusion for 2022.  

With one more week to go until the end of the challenge year we still see changes in placings right up to the end of a challenge.  During the year and every week, we have taken a download of steps and update the challenge results  The results show 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each group but individual or team results are available to be downloaded on request.

Numbers taking part are still strong with a number of teams available to join that includes, NHS services and Trusts outside of Gloucestershire.  

Walking For Health

Walking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier.  Sometimes overlooked as a form of exercise, walking briskly can help you build stamina, burn excess calories and make your heart healthier.  You do not have to walk for hours. A brisk 10-minute daily walk has lots of health benefits and counts towards your 150 minutes of weekly exercise.
