With the first week completed and now into the second week, members are now progressing to complete a brisk 5-minute walk, then alternate 1-and-a-half minutes of running with 2 minutes of walking, for a total of 20 minutes. The build up with following the programme has produced some fantastic results. Checkout the success stories from previous courses.
Is it to late join? NOoooooo you can join the programme at anytime, but the longer you leave it and depending on you ability, it maybe a challenge to keep up with the programme. Want to know more about the sessions and the event information:

Speed
and Timing
– This course does not require you to break any land records and you will be
coached at your pace. There is no such place as last and the group leaves
as a crew and returns with everyone.
Clothing and Footwear – Please ensure you have good running kit, which is adaptable to the weather. You should also have a good pair of trainers and socks, so you do not suffer with any blisters or foot problems.
